When will my order arrive?  

My processing can take 1-5 days depending on amount of orders. If processing is taking longer than expected, I will post updates on my Instagram and twitter. Shipping varies depending on weather you are domestic or international. International orders take longer and may be delayed due to COVID 

What if my package gets lost? 

I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. however, if you are missing an order do not be afraid to reach out to make sure there wasn't an issue on my end. If the issue is on me, I will make sure to get your order to you! 

What is a pre-order? 

A pre-order is a way to receive funding for a product. When making new products, I am not sure if they will be able to sell. To make sure I have enough money for a product, I open pre-orders. If the product is funded, everyone who ordered a pre-order will receive their item. If not, they will get a refund. Pre-orders can take up to 2 months for pins/charms and 4 months for plushies. After pre-orders, there are in-hand sales. In hand products are usually a bit more expensive than the pre-order.  

What do I do if there is an issue with my order? 

If there is an issue with your order, feel free to contact me at If there are missing items in your order, I will personally pay for shipping you the missing items.
